As OurWord continues its march to the major 2.0 release, it has remained
in somewhat of a transition, with an upgrade process that requires some human intervention. The
implementation of collaboration features has involved a learning curve, as we've learned how to
work around its challenges. Fortunately we anticipate a lot less angst with upgrades in the
future.
Please choose the option that best defines your situation:
If you are using a version prior to 1.5 (e.g., 1.0), please contact me
directly. I will need to do your upgrade personally, and work with you to set up the collaboration
system. (For reference, old instructions are here, but
I probably need to remove them.)
If you are using version 1.5x, please contact me to schedule a time for
the upgrade. You should be able to do the upgrade yourself, but I wish to make sure that I
can be available in case any issues or questions arise. Instructions are
