Translator Notes are the means by which team members discuss
and make decisions about the translation. Like chat software, individuals use
notes to conduct a conversation. The Send/Receive feature collects the messages
from team members' computers and assembles them into a single note, so that each
person can view what others have written about the issue.

Information Notes
- There are occasions where your intention is to document or justify a decision
made. Often these are for the benefit of the consultant who will later review the work, or for
future translators who might wish to understand the thinking behind your work.

Hint For Drafting Notes
- You may wish to add notes to the source translation that will help a translator when
he is drafting. This is especially useful is a single source is being used for
numerous daughter translations.

Options
- OurWord offers several options that are relevant for different types of users.
The defaults are designed for ease-of-learning; but more experienced users may wish
to take advantage of the more advanced options.
